It's more on the flavorful side. We used to put a little bit ground pork in it but we had to remind customers of that and recently we decided not to add pork so it's more acceptable and saved a lot of time for our waitresses. This plate is little bit close to the DiSanXian (eggplant, potato and bell pepper).
