What to order at Cuisine AuntDai Downtown location?

A lot of customers are really experts of Chinese food and some of them even have spent some time in China before or speak Chinese. When I talk to some customers inside the restaurant I really enjoy knowing how much knowledge they have about Chinese cuisine now.
Since Chinese dishes vary so much, choosing the right dishes is very important to your dining experience. That’s why I wrote “owner’s comment” for every dish on the “Online Menu” section of the English version of our website www.auntdai.com. I tried to be very honest on the comments I wrote for each dish from my own perspective and I am really glad a lot of customers find them useful and they mentioned this to us in the restaurant.
For those who want us to recommend what to order, I am going to make my recommendation here. Hope it will help.
For people who like very spicy food:
Choose one between Spicy diced chicken and dry wok chicken. (both of them have bones)
Choose one between fish fillet in chilli oil and beef slices in chilli oil.
Mapo Tofu, hot pepper beef, Sichuan spicy pot
For people who like spicy food but not that hot:
Twice cooked pork, Satay beef, sweet-spicy pork strips, KungPao chicken, stir-fry intestines, dry-wok intestines, spicy shrimp, spicy fish fillets, sweet-spicy-potato
Most popular and not spicy or little bit spicy:
Braised pork belly(greasy), three cup chicken (bones), stir-fry cabbage, grean-beans, eggplant-potato-bell pepper, cumin beef, sweet-sour-pork-ribs, spare-rib-with-bamboo-shoots, lamb-hotpot (bones), seafood-tofu-wok,
Appetizer and dessert choices:
You have to try our noodle-salad if you really like Chinese food. Sichuan pepper chicken (spicy).
We have only one dessert, deep-fried-ice-cream, it’s so so good.
My recommendation for two people who can eat anything, spicy, with bone or without.
Option A, noodle-salad, Braized-pork-belly, spicy-diced-chicken, stir-fry cabbage.
Option B, noodle-salad, twice-cooked-pork, three-cup-chicken, eggplant-potato-bell pepper
Option C, Sichuan-pepper-chicken, stir-fry intestines, green-beans
Option D, Sichuan-pepper-chicken, beef slices in chilli oil, vegetable in garlic sauce.
I cannot list all the dishes here so I won’t continue for three or four people, you can simple add these popular dishes.
Vegetarian options:
Green-beans, stir-fry cabbage, eggplant-potato-bell pepper, vegetable in garlic sauce, sweet-spicy-potato
Before I started this article I thought it would be easy but I have to stop here, too many choices, for myself I would pick several favorites and order them over and over again. Or for other people, you can always try a new dish every time you visit us. You can tell us what dishes are your favorites on our Facebook page.
PS: for our Anjou location, few dishes are not available there. Still we provide most of the authentic Chinese dishes on the menu and we offer some combos of North American Chinese dishes.
